Joseph Optinsky, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, purchased a plot of land in the city&#8217;s suburbs with 29 acres. Our parish has been pursuing this dream for about 32 years.<br \/>\nToday we have embarked on a complex and costly path to constructing a spiritual and educational center and a temple.<br \/>\nAt the moment, we are faced with the task of conducting geodetic works that precede the start of land works.
