TRACTOR KUBOTA

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Many of you know that our parish needs to buy a tractor.

We need it:

• For mowing grass (currently, it costs the parish $640, and it needs to be mowed at least every 2-3 weeks);

• For land works related to further parish projects such as cultivating land for sowing fruits and vegetables, planting trees, laying walking forest paths, installing a bee apiary, and multiple works related to wood.

The tractor dealership in Chesapeake has a Kubota tractor with a capacity of 24 hp. The kit includes a front bucket and a mower with a diameter of 5 feet. The price is $ 19,500. This tractor is capable of cutting 5 acres in about 2 hours.

The Parish Council decided it would make sense to invest in this purchase as it would save us much money over the years.
